CREATING AN ACCOUNT –
You may checkout as a guest or you may create an account. Creating an account will securely save your information on file allowing you to check order status, view order history, and more. We do not sell your information ever to anyone and only use contact information to process your orders. If you create an account, your login must be a valid email address. Your password can be anything you wish. You can also edit your account information anytime and know your information is secure. 

LEADTIME –

Real-time inventory is indicated for each product – items are removed from inventory counts when a transaction is complete (not when put in a cart). If your order only contains items that are in stock, your order will ship within 24 hours or the next business day. If any item within your order is on backorder, your entire order will be held until all merchandise is available and will then ship promptly. We apologize for the delay but this is the only way we are able to offer great shipping deals!  All Kwik Trip Swag Store merchandise is warehoused in Mukwonago, WI and will ship out UPS Ground or USPS. Orders placed for any items not available in stock may take up to 2 weeks to replenish and will then ship promptly. 

SIZING CHARTS –
Sizing charts are featured in the Product Notes section immediately below the product description. Please understand we feature a variety of manufacturers so each garment may be sized very differently than the next. Please feel free to contact Blue Fuel at any time to discuss how a garment is sized.

Freight is based on your total order value before tax & freight:

$20.00-$49.99 = $6.95

FREE!

Please note UPS now charges a $12 service fee for ship to address errors. If there is an error in your shipping address, your order will be held until resolved. 

RETURN POLICY –
Your satisfaction is guaranteed! For returns or exchanges, please contact our office within 10 days of receipt at 866.535.3835 to receive a Return Authorization # (RA#). Returns due to defective or damaged merchandise will be handled at no additional cost to you. We will issue a call tag to pick up the merchandise from you (i.e. we are paying for freight to return it) and we will send replacement merchandise immediately. Please include documentation of your order with the merchandise you are returning (order confirmation, packing slip, etc.) as well as a reason for your return. For your convenience, a Return Form is included with every shipment. First quality returns, however, including but not limited to “doesn’t fit well”, “don’t care for” or “changed mind”, must be shipped back to Blue Fuel by the buyer and must be received at Blue Fuel within 30 days of initial receipt. Blue Fuel will credit the buyer in full excluding freight through the original payment method. If a replacement item is requested, the buyer will be charged for the new item plus freight.

This eStore is protected with SSL Security using 1024-bit encryption. The site is hosted in a secure 24/7 data center with redundant T3 connectivity to the internet. Credit card information you enter is immediately encrypted and processed – even the staff at Blue Fuel is unable to view your credit card information. Translation: an evil-minded hacker cannot go on a shopping spree with your credit card.

 

SALES TAX –
We are required by law to collect tax for orders that ship to any location within the state of Wisconsin. Tax rates are based per county and range from 5% - 5.6%.
